When Your Order Ships
We verify your payment, inspect items for quality, and prepare your order for dispatch. This step is completed entirely by MERCHOXY. Once ready, we hand off your package to the carrier. That handoff occurs within 3 to 7 business days after you place your order.
How Long Until It Arrives
After dispatch, carriers handle transit from our fulfillment center to your delivery address. This leg of the journey takes 14 to 30 business days. Timing depends on your destination and the carrier’s network performance — not MERCHOXY’s internal operations.
What You Pay — and When
Complimentary shipping applies to orders with a total value of $39 or more. For orders below $39, shipping fees are determined at checkout. Those fees reflect your selected service tier and final destination — MERCHOXY calculates and displays them before you confirm payment.
What Can Affect Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. International logistics policies, customs processing, carrier capacity constraints, and other external factors affecting global shipping networks may influence actual arrival time. MERCHOXY does not control these variables and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
